I specialize in designing enterprise data platforms, developing intelligent business intelligence solutions, and driving digital transformation through data engineering, analytics, and reporting automation.

With extensive experience across manufacturing, banking, logistics, and government sectors, I help organizations turn complex data ecosystems into scalable, reliable, and decision-ready business solutions.

My work spans the full delivery chain: requirements and BRDs, data warehousing and ETL/ELT, ERP integration, semantic modeling, dashboards and paginated reporting, security and governance, and user training and adoption. I have led projects, mentored analysts and worked directly with executives, finance, procurement, IT and government departments.

Professional Journey

Since 2020: from ERP reporting to enterprise data platforms

  1. 2020 – 2021

    Foundations in ERP-driven reporting

    At Teksof I started where most enterprise data starts: inside ERP. I built ETL from SAP ERP, SAP HANA and MYCOM into an Azure data mart. I delivered Power BI reporting for spend, supplier performance and cash flow, and managed requirements, BRDs and user stories with product owners.

  2. 2022

    High-volume operational analytics

    At PostEx I worked with logistics and fintech data at speed. I integrated AWS Redshift, SQL Server and CRM data into a unified layer and built ETL in Azure Data Factory and SSIS. I also automated Cash-on-Delivery reconciliation and vendor settlement reporting.

  3. 2022 – 2024

    Leading BI in a regulated environment

    As Data Visualization Lead at the Bank of Punjab I led BI for Consumer Banking and Cards across 900+ branches. I designed a SQL Server data warehouse fed from Oracle, implemented Row-Level Security on Power BI Report Server, and mentored a team of analysts.

  4. 2024 – 2025

    Government-scale analytics and transformation

    With HBS for the Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi I led the Census Abu Dhabi Analytics Project. It delivered 50+ dashboards and 25+ automated reports, gave 800+ users secure portal access, added automated validation, and trained 150+ government staff.

  5. 2026 – Present

    Building the modern enterprise data platform

    At Gourmet Pakistan I designed and built a ClickHouse Enterprise Data Warehouse on a Medallion architecture. It uses Airbyte CDC and dbt across three manufacturing units, with Apache Superset dashboards for procurement, inventory, sales and supply chain.
