Data Warehouse & Engineering
- Designed and built the Enterprise Data Warehouse on ClickHouse using a Medallion (Bronze–Silver–Gold) architecture. It integrates ERPNext/GERP, GSSM and RMS through Airbyte CDC and dbt across three manufacturing units (Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan).
- Developed dbt models that deliver BI-ready gold datasets for finance, procurement, inventory and sales, and prepared EDW architecture documentation and diagrams for management and technical teams.
Finance & Supply Chain Dashboards
- Procurement Control Tower (Superset): supplier scorecards, cost-impact and saving analysis, and Local vs. Import spend KPIs with date parameters.
- RM/PM ABC Inventory & Value dashboard: in-hand vs. in-transit exposure, ABC classification and days-of-coverage by material category.
- Finished Goods Inventory, Sales Analytics (actual vs. target vs. AOP) and Supply Chain Geo dashboard (deck.gl territory choropleth, MTD/YTD and freight).
Performance, Governance & BI Infrastructure
- Optimized heavy ClickHouse queries with pre-aggregation CTEs and ARRAY JOIN expansion to resolve memory-limit errors. Built a reusable HTML/CSS KPI card design system for Superset.
- Implemented RBAC in Superset and built a Dashboard Usage & Access Analytics dashboard from Superset metadata to track adoption.
