Overview

For a logistics and fintech operation I built the analytics layer behind parcel tracking, delivery performance, transaction volume and customer payment trends. I integrated AWS Redshift, SQL Server and CRM data into a unified model, built ETL in Azure Data Factory and SSIS, and automated reconciliation and settlement reporting.

  • High-volume transactional data sat across AWS Redshift, SQL Server and CRM systems, creating reporting silos.
  • Cash-on-Delivery reconciliation and vendor settlements required hours of manual reporting each day.
  • Operations needed near real-time visibility into parcels, delivery performance and payments.
